If you are new to pilates, request a
free introductory class, which will start 30 mins before the regular class begins. The introductory class will ensure that you understand how pilates works and how to stay safe for your individual level while participating in the class.
Pilates is really helpful for people who suffer from low-back pain. It helps to re-programme your movement patterns so you can live life without the constant threat of back injury.
